Plus and Pro plans only; the Free plan can't run it. AI Enhance in Event Design App turns the current 3D view of your plan into a realistic, client-ready image (a photorealistic picture or photo) with better lighting, materials and reflections. It spends credits, and returns a picture only: your tables, chairs and layout are not changed. You can compare results and export the image as a PNG.
A client wants to see the room, not a viewport full of gray boxes. AI Enhance takes a picture of the view you've set up and returns a more realistic version of it. What you get is an image, not a new plan. Your tables and chairs stay exactly as you placed them.

AI Enhance is available in the 3D editor on Plus or Pro and spends credits. The Free plan can't run it. In a company workspace, your company settings also have to allow it.
Open the account menu at the top right. It shows your plan and remaining credits.
Check the current cost of AI Enhance. Subscription shows your balance, not the price of one request. Costs can change, so use the cost shown in your own account rather than a figure from an old lesson.
⚠ AI Enhance starts the moment you click. There is no price-confirmation window. If you don't have enough credits, or your plan doesn't include it, the editor tells you instead of starting.

AI Enhance starts from exactly what's on screen, so build the picture you want first.
Check the layout from above. In Top View, a tent roof can hide the furniture. Use Slice Above 2m (a view option that hides everything above 2 meters, such as a tent roof) to check the spacing between table groups and the walkways between them.
Switch to Perspective View and frame the shot. Show the tables and the tent together. Keep the camera above the floor, and don't put a tent pole directly in front of your main subject. A small nudge is usually enough to give the front table, chairs and flowers room in the frame.
Open Scene Lighting and compare presets on your materials. In the lesson, switching from Sunset to Studio and turning on Shadows made the white chairs, red linen and tent supports much easier to read.
💡 Light the scene the way you want it to look. The enhancement builds on your lighting. A readable source gives a better result than a dark one.

Save any layout changes first. Then click AI Enhance once.
The button changes to Enhancing… and the AI Renders section in the Properties panel (the list that stores every enhanced image for the plan) shows a Generating badge. That means the request is running.
The editor clears your selection and hides the grid for the capture, so the picture is clean. That's expected. Reselect your objects and turn the grid back on when you're done.
Don't click again. A second click while it's running isn't needed, and duplicate requests can cost credits twice. Keep the page open and wait.
The interface shows one waiting state (Enhancing / Generating), not separate "queued" and "processing" steps.
When it finishes, the enhanced image appears over the canvas and a new dated thumbnail is added to AI Renders. The Show AI Enhanced checkbox is on.
⚠ Slow isn't failed. If it's taking a while, watch the badge. If the request fails, you'll see an error message beginning Enhancement failed. Read it before you try again.
An image from AI Enhance needs a once-over before a client sees it.
Open the latest thumbnail in AI Renders. It opens with Show AI Enhanced checked. This shows a saved result, not a new request.
Look at the whole frame first. Is the composition still useful?
Compare it with your source view. Check table positions, chair shapes and the tent boundary. Then look at materials. In the lesson, the enhanced image added stronger floor reflections and changed how the linen looked.
Ask whether those changes still represent the design you intend to sell.
⚠ The image is not a drawing of your plan. Chair silhouettes, table edges, colors and venue boundaries can look different from what you built. If a detail misrepresents the design, don't use that result. Your editor view is the reference.
The editor keeps every enhancement for the plan in AI Renders, newest first, each with a date and time.
Click a thumbnail to show that result. Click the active one again to hide it.
Each result belongs to the camera angle you captured. The earlier result in the lesson was a straight-on view with the center tent pole visible. The later one was oblique. Before comparing two results, make sure you know which angle each came from.
Clear Show AI Enhanced to go back to the live editor.
With the enhanced result you want showing, choose Export → Export PNG. The file is the selected enhanced image without the editor panels.
Open the downloaded file and check the framing and detail before you send it. The lesson's example came out at 1344 × 785 pixels, so confirm the size suits where you'll use it.

After an AI Enhance result, the editor returns to normal editing when you clear Show AI Enhanced and click a table group. The usual selection outline and Move, Rotate and Scale controls are back. The tables are still real objects. The reflections and details in the enhanced image are not objects and can't be selected. Make layout changes in the plan, then enhance again if you need a fresh picture.
Credits are charged when the AI Enhance request starts. If AI Enhance reports a failure, the failed attempt is recorded in your credit history as a Feature Refund. A result that completes but isn't what you hoped for is not a failure and is not refunded, so check your source view before you click. See Troubleshoot AI jobs to confirm an adjustment.
Open a furnished 3D plan and pick a clear perspective view.
Compare two lighting presets and turn on Shadows.
Check your plan and credits, then click AI Enhance once.
When it finishes, hide and re-show the result using Show AI Enhanced.
Compare it with your source, Export PNG, and open the file.
Clear Show AI Enhanced and select a table group.
AI Enhance says it's only on Plus and Pro (I can't run it, it asks me to upgrade). Your account is on Free. See Understand Free, Plus, and Pro plans.
It says I need more credits (not enough credits). The message shows what you need and what you have. See Buy additional credits.
Nothing happened when I clicked. Check for a message about plan, credits or a payment problem. If your plan, company license (seat) or payment status doesn't allow it, the request doesn't start. You can't run it from a read-only or shared view.
My selection and grid vanished. The editor clears both before capturing the view. Reselect and turn the grid back on.
The enhanced image changed my chairs or colors. The result is a picture and may reinterpret details. Compare it with your source view and re-enhance from a cleaner angle, or don't use it.
I can't find my old result. Open AI Renders in the Properties panel. Results are listed newest first by date.
